The Perfect Catch

Nope, haven’t landed my perfect catch yet (still waiting for him to fall out of the sky), but saw the movie yesterday with my friend Liv. We actually weren’t planning on seeing that one, but got it confused with 2 other movies that were playing that had the word “perfect” in it. Nevertheless, it ended up being a cute flick and reminded me of someone I know. We also walked around downtown in the rain (it seems to rain every time we get together) and I of course took Liv to my favourite pancake place. (She’d never been.) Was a real struggle trying to decide and I really wanted to indulge myself in the chocolate “devil’s delight” pancakes but wanted to try something new too. So, I ended up getting the banana pancakes with ice cream and butterscotch. They were yummy. In other news, thankfully, my family and friends managed to avoid the wrath of Rita. So, all is good on the home front. :)
